Yes, extended stays are welcome and discounted rates are available.

There is an ATM on site at the resort. Area banks include: Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citibank, SunTrust Bank, BankUnited.
Is there grocery delivery services available or a grocery store within a short distance?
Winn-Dixie, a large grocery store chain, is less than half a mile away.
CVS Pharmacy is also near Winn-Dixie and does provide prescription delivery.What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of your reservation day in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.
What forms of payment do you accept and is an advance deposit required?
You may pay by check, e-check, wire transfer, credit card or Paypal. A deposit, equal to ½ of the reservation, is payable in advance and is required to hold your reservation.
What is the tax rate at the resort and at shopping locations?
The resort tax rate is 13% – Local sales tax is 7% as of December 2013.
What laundry facilities are available?
The resort offers overnight laundry service.
May I bring my pet?
The Ritz-Carlton does not allow pets on resort grounds.

The average high temp in January is 74°F and the low average is 61°F. The warmest month is August with highs of 89°.
It is always advisable to pack a light sweater or jacket as you may find yourself chilled in the air conditioning that tends to run year round in many businesses. We also recommend you visit weather.com and look at current conditions for Key Biscayne prior to your arrival.Is there a formal dress code or tie and jacket requirement for the resort restaurants?
