Refundable Damage Deposit: $500; Tax Rate: 13%

Advance Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
A deposit is required equal to one half (½) the rate of your stay.

100% of your deposit will be refunded if your reservation is cancelled at least 30 days in advance.

About the owner: The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne has been our favorite place to stay when visiting Florida. My family has vacationed here for a number of years and decided to purchased this suite in April.
